やはり意識から改善していかないとなのか、ということで研究の合間にはストレッチしたり、姿勢をよくしてみたりするのですが、研究に没頭するとついつい猫背に…
いい椅子を使っていればまたいろいろ違うのでしょうが、
ウチは弱小研究所なのでパイプ椅子です。
パイプ椅子とまではいかなくとも、猫背に悩んでる方も多いハズ！
そんな皆様のために今日は猫背の研究をしてきました！！！

猫背は疲れやすい？
椅子に長く腰かけていると、人間の体は重力に負けます。
その結果、骨盤が後ろに倒れやすくなります。大体のオフィスは骨盤の傾きをサポートするつくりになっているものが多いですが、当研究所のようにパイプ椅子であったり、自宅のソファーなどはそういったせっけいではない為、どうしても骨盤が後ろに傾きやすくなります。
正しい座り姿勢だと、体の重心からまっすぐ下に伸ばした線と床に交わる圧中心点が体を支える支持基底面の中に収まります。
※支持基底面 体重や重力によって圧を感じることができる体表とその間にできる底面のこと。座っている場合は足の底と坐骨を線で結んだ面が支持規定面になります。
しかし、猫背で骨盤が後ろに傾いていると…
このように圧中心点が支持基底面から外れてしまいます。
そうなると天秤のように頭の重さを調整しようと体の前に移動してきます。
圧倒的ッ…圧倒的前かがみ…
前かがみの姿勢は、肺を圧迫してしまい、体の中に空気を十分に取り入れられなくなるので、軽い酸欠状態となり疲労しやすくなると言われています。
疲れやすくなるだけでなく、背中が丸まると肋骨周りの筋肉が凝ってしまい深い呼吸ができなくなってしまいます。
呼吸は酸素を血流に乗せて隅々までいきわたらせる、という、とても大切な働きがあります。
呼吸が浅くなると、代謝の低下や臓器の動きが鈍くなるなどの不具合が起こります。
また、筋肉のコリは血行不良を招きます。
結果、むくみの原因になったり、睡眠の質を下げてしまうこともあります。
骨盤を整えよう！
猫背解消には肩甲骨を動かしたりして、背骨を柔軟に保つことも大切です。
座っている時間が長い、私のようなデスクワーカーの人達は
骨盤をこまめに動かすことが重要です！
骨盤を動かすことで血流もよくなり、筋肉も徐々にほぐれていきます。
ではここで座りながらできる骨盤動かし運動をご紹介しようと思います。
①姿勢を良くしておへそが真正面になるように座る。
②頭をできるだけ動かさないように意識しつつ、右のお尻（坐骨）を椅子から少し持ち上げる。
③ゆっくり下げる。（余裕があれば持ち上げたお尻と同じ側の肘を骨盤につけるとなおヨシ！）
④左もやる。交互10回くらいを目安に。
痛みが出るようなら無理はしないでOKです！
あと、猫背を解消する筋トレもあったりするんですが、それはまたの機会にご紹介しようと思います。
骨盤が正常な位置に戻ると自ずと姿勢がよくなります。
姿勢がよくなると内臓も正しい位置に戻り、ポッコリと出てしまったおなかの解消も期待できます。
猫背に良いことなんてないんです！
